Dr. Manijeh Motaghy, PsyD, O.M.C., is an Organizational Psychologist, UCLA mindfulness instructor, and the author of It’s Not Easy to Be Human: A Compassionate Journey and Guide to Optimize Human Potential, Achieve Fulfillment, and Systemic and Ecological Well-Being.
She is the founder of Perfectly Here, a nonprofit advancing whole human development.
She has spoken globally at leading sustainability and leadership forums, including Planet Positive 2030 and Initiatives of Change, Geneva Switzerland, as well as at universities like Chapman University, Lesley University, California State University Channel Islands, and California State University Northridge and Glendale College.
Among her many recognitions, she is included in Marquis Who’s Who in America.
Dr. Motaghy is the creator of the Mindful Life Optimization (MLO) methodology and has introduced frameworks such as the Circular Anxiety Economy and the Regenerative Integration Management System (RIMS), advancing sustainable and ethical system design.
Her work points to a fundamental principle: the future of our systems, societies, and planet depends on the depth of human development behind them.
