2. No AI Logging or Tracking

While the app provides AI-generated responses, your prompts and conversations are not logged, monitored, or stored by AHOO Press LLC.

3. Children’s Privacy

AHOO is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it.

4. Future Updates & Data Collection

If future versions of AHOO include features like account creation, journaling, or subscriptions, this privacy policy will be updated to reflect what information is collected and how it is used.

1. Purpose of the App

AHOO is an educational and wellness assistant designed to support personal growth, reflection, and life skill development. It is not a medical or therapeutic tool.

2. No Medical Advice

AHOO does not provide medical advice, psychological counseling, or diagnosis. Always consult a licensed professional for mental health or medical support.

3. Use of Content

All content within the app, including written responses, exercises, and lessons, is owned by AHOO Press LLC or its affiliates. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce this content without permission.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the app respectfully and not to engage in any abusive, harmful, or unlawful behavior.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the content, branding, and methodology of AHOO (including MLO, SHQ, AIA, and related systems) are owned by Dr. Manijeh Motaghy and AHOO Press LLC.
